Wehrli resolution honors new state VFW Commander Phil Maughan

State Representative Grant Wehrli authored and passed House Resolution 714 congratulating Phil Maughan on being elected State Commander of the Illinois VFW. Phil Maughan is a decorated U.S. Army Veteran and a longtime member of Naperville's Judd Kendall VFW Post 3873. Read the resolution here.
